We use different printing techniques for different applications. Importantly we always match the printing method to the application to ensure not only that you get the best quality labels but also the most cost effective solution for you.
Labels can be flexographically printed, digitally printed, hot foil printed, laser printed, thermally printed or printed using a combination of printing techniques. They can be printed in just black or a single colour, full colour CMYK or specific pantone colours, in metallic and holographic foils, all to match your exacting requirements.
The materials can be standard matt, semi-gloss or gloss papers or a vast array of speciality synthetics designed for all kinds of unique applications. They can have a standard permanent adhesive or a peelable (removeable) adhesive or an ultra peelable adhesive or a tamper evident adhesive to name just a few.
We also have a vast range of finishing options for labels. We can varnish coat our labels to produce gloss and matt finishes. Laminating the labels also does this as well as further protecting the label and print. We can also provide speciality finishes such as split laminating for user write on before final lamination in situ or doming labels for enhanced presentation.
